"Les palettes"

Les Palettes is a multi-faceted place where you can come just as much to drink a delicious Mocktail (non-alcoholic cocktail) made with fruit juices by the inimitable Alain Milliat as to change your handbag, choose a new piece of jewellery or change your interior decoration or wardrobe.

Les Palettes is much more than just a café, much more than just a gourmet venue, which underwent a complete makeover in early 2016, even though you can still stop in for a cup of tea selected by Brand or an Illy coffee. With its modern Alpine decor, the boutique showcases highly sought-after contemporary designers.

From Tom Dixon design objects to Pas Chassé socks, Albertine swimwear and Craie bags, the common thread is the beauty of the shapes and the quality of the materials. Palettes that are perfectly in tune with the times, for a different way of shopping.

Michaël Rispe's delicious breads and cakes

He trained with Pierre Hermé, worked in the pastry department at the Grand Véfour and the Ritz in Paris, then at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York and Gordon Ramsay in London, and took part in training courses in bakeries, notably with Christophe Vasseur and Le Pain des Amis. Michaël Rispe took over the Neveu bakery in the neighbourhood.

Follow the seasons and get the best

Did you know that eating fruit in season fills you up with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals? It's common sense, and it means getting the best taste and nutrition, naturally. At PAN&GATO, you can understand why our pastry creations follow the seasons... Our producers in France bring us the very best.

Pan et Gatô Annecy le Vieux, member of the culinary college - BECOMING A MEMBER OF THE CULINARY COLLEGE IS AN HONOUR...

It's not just another club, it's above all the recognition of a choice that requires us to take the paths of France and not the main roads. Favouring French production and short supply chains are a matter of course. In choosing his suppliers, Michaël Rispe takes the time to get to know them, to discover their value and their production.

The exquisite pastries of Philippe Rigollot

A virtuoso with a passion, World Pastry Champion in 2005, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Pâtissier in 2007, Philippe Rigollot's patisserie is a must-visit address.

Philippe Rigollot, an award-winning pastry chef renowned for his exceptional creations, has made Annecy his home. His macaroons, entremets and chocolates are of rare finesse and elegance.
Each bite is a real taste experience, and you don't have to be a gourmand to be seduced.
Our suggestion: try the emblematic "Mr Smith" entremet or take a "Gâteau de voyage" as a souvenir.

The delights of Patrick Agnellet

When you see the front of his shop in Annecy-le-Vieux, you'll know that Patrick Agnellet is no ordinary chocolatier, but an artist with a passion for aesthetics and taste.

A local boy in the heart of the Aravis mountains, you can push open the door to his world of emotions in Annecy, Argonay or La Clusaz.

For the little ones (and the older ones will love it too), we recommend the "OURSONS EN GUIMAUVE".
